Find yourself in the arena with GigaPan

US sports photographer David Bergman, together with stregspiller.com, has added another level to the VELUX EHF FINAL4 experience.

It did not matter which block you sat in. It did not matter in which row your seat was. If you watched the semi-finals, it is very likely that you will see yourself up close in a GigaPan, making your experience at this year's FINAL4 truly memorable.

So what it is a GigaPan? It is a technique that was originally developed by the space agency NASA to map the surface of Mars. The photographer shoots hundreds of individual photos and stitches them together to create one gigantic image. It has been used by photographers to document some of the biggest events around the world.

This is what Bergman did yesterday at the VELUX EHF FINAL4 when he took a GigaPan of the first semi-final. His image has more than six billion pixels. Most cameras capture around 20 megapixels, but his GigaPan is like shooting with a 6,000 megapixel camera. This allows you to zoom into the picture to the smallest detail, all the way down to people's facial expressions.

Find yourself and show your friends exactly where you sat when Europe's biggest club handball event threw-off.

View the GigaPan now at www.ehffinal4.com/gigapan/ and www.stregspiller.com.

David Bergman produced his first Gigapan at US President Barack Obama's first inauguration. The image went viral and 20 million people saw it. More information can be found at www.DavidBergman.net.
