24 teams will take to the sand courts of Gran Canaria when this year's edition of the EHF Beach Handball Champions Cup throws off from 3 to 6 November.

Substitute for the women's event are BHT GRU JUKO Piotrków Trybunalski (POL), OVB Beach Girls (HUN), CAIPIranhas (GER), C.BM Playa Algeciras (ESP), Warszawa Sklad (POL). The substitute team in the men's event is GAC Kilkis (GRE).
In 2015 Ekaterinodar successfully defended the men's title they had already won in 2014, while Multichem Szentendrei beat defending champions Skrim Kongsberg.
