Slavko Miljanović 1958-2017
The EHF has been informed of the passing of Slavko Miljanović at his home in Belgrade, Serbia.
Slavko was an EHF referee between 1995 and 2002 and, together with his colleague Zoran Tijanic, was one of the best referees to hail from Serbia.
A former player, he worked as secretary of the handball club "IM Rakovica" during the time of the club's greatest success and in later years worked for the Serbian Handball Federation.
This work included roles within the organising committee of both the Men’s and Women’s EHF EURO 2012 played in Serbia.
On behalf of the whole of the European handball family, the EHF would like to offer its deepest condolences at this difficult time to Slavko Miljanović's friends, colleagues and family.
