Summer of handball youth events throws off - and it's all live on ehfTV

Europe’s summer of youth events is about to start, as the Men’s 20 EHF EURO 2018 (19 to 29 July) throws off in Celje, Slovenia, on Thursday and the Men’s 20 EHF Championships start in Montenegro and FYR Macedonia (20 to 29 July) just one day later.

While the Men’s 20 EHF EURO is the last major European championship for 16 federations before many of their players will turn pro, the EHF Championships prove an opportunity for Europe’s developing handball nations to showcase their skills on a bigger stage. 11 teams each participate in the respective EHF Championships.

Less than one month later, the Men’s 18 EHF EURO takes place in Croatia (9 to 19 August), while the Men’s 18 EHF Championships are being played in Austria and Georgia (10 to 19 August).

Overall, that is more than 250 handball matches, and one of the best news is that each and every one of them will be streamed live on ehfTV, the European Handball Federation’s OTT platform.

On ehfTV, there will be a dedicated channel for each event, and every match can easily be accessed via this channel or through the live schedule on the landing page.

Furthermore, more than half of all matches played will be available on demand. This applies to all matches of the Men’s 20 and Men’s 18 EHF EURO and the knockout, cross and placement matches of the Men’s 20 and Men’s 18 Championships.
