2013 Women’s 17 European Championship Bids

Two European Federations submit their bids for the organisation of the tournament. They have received a dispatch of the manual for staging the tournament together with the relevant specifications and forms by the EHF.

The following Member Federations have applied for the event:

• FYR Macedonia – including the venues Skopje and Ohrid
• Poland – including the venues Cetniewo and Gdańsk

The bids of the two nations are now being evaluated. Some additional content and details will be requested by the EHF. Also inspections of the playing venues will be carried out. After that the following procedure was defined:

• 30 November 2010: Report to Executive Committee on bids
• 17 December 2010: Awarding of the event by EHF Executive Committee
• Playing period: 27 June to 7 July 2013
