31 teams vie for 15 spots at Women's 17 EHF EURO
The qualification registration for the 2013 EHF Women's 17 European Championship was completed on Friday, September 28.
32 entries were registered for the tournament. Poland as the organising nation is already qualified while 31 nations will vie for 15 qualification spots which will be played out in qualification tournaments from 22 to 24 March 2013.
Those 31 nations are: Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, FYR Macedonia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Serbia, Switzerland, Slovakia, Sweden and Turkey.
The draw for the qualification groups will take place in Vienna, Austria on 23 October 2012 at approximately 11:00 hrs.
The playing dates for the next EHF Women's 17 European Championship are from 15 to 25 August 2013.
