Arbitration Tribunal decision on Brest case

After the 2010/11 Men's EHF Cup, Round 2, Leg 1, match between HC Meshkov Brest and HC Metalurg, that took place in Brest, Belarus, on 2 October 2010, a protest concerning the number of participating players during the match was lodged by the club HC Metalurg.

The Arbitration Tribunal decided to confirm the result of the match and to sanction the club HC Meshkov Brest with a 5,000 € fine for infringement of the EHF regulations.

Finally in order to ensure the proper implementation of all applicable EHF regulations, the Arbitration Tribunal requested the EHF to nominate a second delegate as supervisor of the 2nd leg match between HC Metalurg and HC Meshkov Brest, taking place on 9 October 2010 in Skopje.
