EHF Court of Arbitration - list of Arbitrators

On the occasion of the 8th EHF Ordinary Congress in Vienna the EHF Court of Arbitration (ECA) Council has been elected by the highest governing EHF body. One of the tasks of the Council is to confirm and publish the list of Arbitrators for the Court of Arbitration.

The Court of Arbitration is an external legal body created to facilitate the representation of interests after a final decision within the stages of appeal, foreseen by the EHF legal system, has been taken.

In case of disputes, an Arbitrator for each individual case can be selected from a list of Arbitrators.

At the current stage of the process, the National Federations are requested to nominate two persons for this function. The listed arbitrators then will be confirmed by the ECA Council in their meeting on 8 November 2008.
