Spain confirmed as sixth nation for W19 European Championship

The Spanish Handball Federation has confirmed that it intends to bid for the organisation right of the Women's 19 European Championship.

The Younger Age Category W19 European Championships will be played from 23 July to 2 August 2015.

Five additional national federations from Romania, Slovakia, Portugal, Greece and Montenegro have also declared their interest in the organisation of the event. 

A bidding manual will now be provided to all nations with a deadline for the submission of detailed bid documents to be received by the EHF by 25 July 2012.

The EHF will visit each of the bidding nations and evaluate the bids before a decision by the EHF Executive at its meeting in September 2012.
