Website for European Beach Tour Finals launched
With a bit more than a month to until the European Beach Tour (ebt) Finals throw off in Umag, Croatia, on 1/2 June 2013, beach handball fans all across Europe can now find the latest related information on the tournament's official website.
The newly launched hub contains valuable information on the competition, the hosting city of Umag, and accommodation and will further evolve and grow as the event approaches.
Eight men's and eight women's teams are eligible to participate in the tournament, which is organised by the EHF in cooperation with the Croatian Handball Federation and the city of Umag.
Following the beach handball philosophy the ebt Finals are a competition that is simply structured, with easy rules, a lot of sun and high level matches based on the fair play spirit.
"The ever-growing popularity of beach handball and the dedication of the athletes and the organisers have kept the sport in the spotlight as the summer handball highlight," says EHF President, Jean Brihault.
