Teams invited to register for Men's and Women's 16 Beach Handball EURO
In July 2016 the 7th YAC European Beach Handball EUROs will be played. The men's and women's tournaments are open to all European member federations with a maximum of 12 participating teams per gender.
Each European member federation has the right to nominate one men’s and one women’s team. Players eligible to play in the competition are either born in 2000 or younger.
In case there are more registrations than twelve per gender the entries will be handled following a "first come first served basis".
The Men's and Women's 16 Beach Handball EUROs will be carried out in two parts. The preliminary round is planned to be played with all registered teams in two groups.
The teams ranked first to four will play the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals; the teams ranked 5 and 6 will play placement matches. At the end of the registration period (12 February 2016) the draw for the tournament will take place in March 2016.
