Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Act as the main point of contact for broadcasters and platform partners, maintaining strong relationships.
- Proactively engage with broadcasters, agencies, and platforms to identify opportunities and maximize rights value.
- Build a solid understanding of media rights agreements, partner structures, and key deal components (rights, OTT/EHFTV, obligations, editorial and sponsorship requirements).
- Monitor broadcast performance and exposure, identifying optimization opportunities (programming, digital, editorial/promotion).
- Coordinate with internal teams (media operations, digital) to ensure smooth delivery and manage contractual matters (e.g. scheduling, compliance, payments).
- Support market analysis, reporting and benchmarking to inform commercial decisions.
Profile & Skills
- 3–5 years’ experience in sports media rights, sports marketing, or an international rights holder or agency environment.
- Outgoing and relationship-driven, with ownership of managing partnerships end-to-end.
- Commercial and analytical mindset, able to assess market potential, revenue opportunities and performance.
- Good understanding of media rights and contractual frameworks.
- Structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple markets and contracts.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (reporting and presentations).
- Fluent in English; German and additional European languages are considered an asset.

- Salary: €46,000 - €54,000 gross per year; final compensation depends on qualifications.
