Partner Management
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial partners across the EHF club competitions
- Manage day-to-day partner relationships and ensure the successful delivery of contractual rights and activations
- Coordinate partner visibility and activation opportunities across digital, broadcast and on-site platforms
Identify opportunities to enhance partner value and support long-term relationship development
- Prepare and deliver regular partnership reports, including KPI tracking, campaign results, and activation recaps
Event Planning & Delivery
- Planning and delivery of EHF Marketing’s major events, including the EHF FINAL4 events and EHF European League Finals
- Drive the continuous development of event concepts, formats and fan experiences to ensure long-term growth and relevance
- Develop strategies to increase event revenues, including ticketing, hospitality and commercial opportunities
- Manage key event suppliers and service providers and ensure delivery according to agreed standards and objectives
- Support negotiations and relationship management with venues and strategic event partners
Key competencies
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
- Strong attention to detail combined with a pragmatic hands-on approach
- Confidence in managing internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English and German - other European languages useful
- Interest in and understanding of the sport of handball preferred
Key experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in partnership management, event management, sports marketing or a related field
- Experience in managing projects independently and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in an international environment
- Strategic and operational understanding of sponsorship activation, live event operations and commercial partnerships
- University degree in Marketing and/or Event Management is a strong advantage
