Bidding Procedure for upcoming events enters crucial phase
The bidding documents for both the EHF Euros 2014 as well as the YAC events in 2012 and 2013 were dispatched to the interested nations on 17 July. These are:

The nations concerned are requested to now compile a packege of information on technical issues as well as ideas on cooperation partners and the event concept.
The full documentation including proposed playing venues, the infrastructure and logistic in use, marketing perspectives and financial terms for the event have to be prepared by the bidding nations. Bidders for the EHF Euros in 2014 in addition will prepare a self presentation of the bid on www.ehf-euro.com and present a bid book for the event.
The deadline for providing a valid bid by the nations concerned is 7 October 2009. Afterwards an extensive evaluation process by the EHF will follow, starting with the meeting of the EHF Executive Committee in October 2009, where the question of future organisers and the analysis of the bids will be on the agenda.
